About Dr. Rehana Meghani — Registered psychologist in Alberta & Yukon

Providing compassionate therapy, grounded in evidence-based care and trust in your ability to heal.

I know that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming. You may be carrying the weight of anxiety, trauma, or painful relationships and wondering if things can truly get better. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and equipped with the tools to move forward.

Mental health challenges I help with

For over 10 years, I’ve supported adults in Alberta and Yukon through:

Recovery from toxic and emotionally abusive relationships (including narcissistic abuse).

High-conflict parenting and the stress of co-parenting or legal challenges.

Healing from complex trauma and PTSD.

Managing anxiety, depression, OCD, or ADHD symptoms.

Finding balance and self-worth during major life transitions.

I work with clients locally in Calgary as well as across Alberta and Yukon through secure online therapy.

Words I hold close

“I want my clients to know they’re not broken, they’re adapting. The patterns that once helped you survive may no longer serve you, but change is possible. Together, we’ll work toward a life that feels steady, self-led, and deeply meaningful.”
